利用内容 – Outline

  • 本プラットフォーム参画機関の先端的イメージング分析装置等を利用する研究課題を「利用課題」として募集します。
    Applications involving use of advanced imaging analysis equipment are accepted as “Research Proposals”.
  • 分析装置とその利用区分・料金は「分析装置」を参照して下さい。
    Please contact our front desk for more information about the equipment and its usage categories and fees. The information is also available in Japanese at 分析装置.
  • イメージングプラットフォーム推進室が問合せ窓口を、各参画機関がその実施をサポートします。
    The Imaging Platform Office will assist you in the application, and each institution will support the implementation of your research. Please do not hesitate to discuss matters with us.

知的財産権の帰属について – About Intellectual Property Rights

  • 利用者が本プラットフォームを利用することによって生じた知的財産権は、原則として利用者に帰属します。なお、発明者の認定についてはケース毎に判断します。
    In principle, intellectual property rights arising from the use of this platform by users belong to the users. The recognition of inventors will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

利用方法 – Procedure

1. 相談 – Inquiry

  • 先ずは問合せ窓口までご連絡下さい。イメージング分析と利用手続きについてのご相談を受付します。

2. 申請 – Application

  • 申請前に必ず問合せ窓口又は実施機関担当者とご相談下さい。
    Please be sure to consult with our front desk or the person in charge of analysis before applying.
  • 「利用課題申請書様式＋確認事項」をbox.comからダウンロード、もしくは問合せ窓口への問い合わせにより入手して下さい。
    Ask the front desk to obtain the application form.
  • 公募は随時受付します。電子メールで問合せ窓口へ提出して下さい。
    Applications can be submitted any time. Please send the application form to our front desk by e-mail.
  • 利用課題申請書は、成果公開利用・成果非公開利用に関わらず、本プラットフォーム参画機関（下記）で共有します。
    The information will be shared with the following institutes.

  • （注意）下記に該当する場合は、申請者にて適切にご対応いただくとともに、必ず利用課題申請書にその旨を記述して下さい。
    (Note) If any of the following conditions apply to your proposal, please take appropriate action and ensure that you identify the conditions on the application form.
    • 生命倫理及び安全の確保について
      申請者が所属する機関の長等の承認・届出・確認等が必要な研究課題は、必ず所定の手続きを行って下さい。また、利用課題申請書にその旨をご記載下さい。これらを怠った場合または国の指針等（文部科学省ホームページ 「生命倫理・安全に対する取組」を参照） に適合しないことが判明すると、利用課題の採択を取り消し、実施を中止する場合があります。
      Bioethics & Security Assurance.
      Applicable when approval, notification, or confirmation is required by the applicant’s organization. If it is found that the proposal does not conform to Japanese guidelines, it may be rejected or discontinued.
    • 人権及び利益保護への配慮について
      申請する利用課題において、相手方の同意・協力や社会的コンセンサスを必要とする研究開発または調査を含む場合には、 人権及び利益の保護の取り扱いについて、必ず申請前に適切な対応を行ってください。利用課題申請以外に、利用装置を所有する機関に対する手続きが必要になる場合があります。
      Consideration for the protection of human rights and interests.
      If your project involves R&D or research that requires the consent, cooperation, or social consensus of another party or parties, make sure to take appropriate measures before application. You may need to follow different procedures for each institution you use.

3. 選定 – Selection of application

  • 受理した申請は、本プラットフォーム利用課題選定委員会が利用課題選定基準（下記）により審査します。
    Screening will be based on the following criteria.
    • A. 実施可能性があること
      Feasibility of implementation. (REQUIRED)
    • B. 平和利用目的であること
      Peaceful use. (REQUIRED)
    • 上のA.及びB.を満たし、且つC.からF.の一以上を満たすこと
      And furthermore, the proposed research should meet one or more of the following criteria:
    • C. 科学的な先端性又は新規性を有すること
      Constitutes advanced and original scientific research.
    • D. 日本の技術競争力又は産業競争力の強化につながること
      Contributive to Japan’s technological strength and competitiveness.
    • E. 利用分野拡大への寄与が期待できること
      Expected to contribute to the expansion of fields of use.
    • F. 社会的ニーズへの寄与が期待できること
      Expected to meet social needs.

  • 審査は非公開です。
    The selection process is closed to the public.
  • 審査結果は、申請者（連絡担当者）宛に電子メール等で通知します。
    Results will be emailed to you.

4. 実施 – Experiments at each institution

  • 利用する装置を所有する機関（以下、実施機関とします）より、実施機関の手続き（必要な場合のみ）やスケジュールなどを案内します。実施機関の規定を遵守して実施して下さい。
    Consult with the person in charge at the institution you work with. Additional procedures may be required.
  • 利用料金は実施機関より請求します。
    Please pay the required fee to the institution.

5. 終了 – End of use

  • 選定結果通知書に記載された利用終了日をもって利用課題は終了します。更に利用を希望する場合は、前述「2．申請」の手順により新たに利用課題を申請して下さい。
    The final date of use will be indicated upon notification of the selection results. If you wish to extend the term, please apply again.
  • 成果公開利用の場合は、利用期間終了後速やかに、 「利用報告書様式」をbox.comよりダウンロードし、作成して問合せ窓口へ提出して下さい。成果非公開利用の場合は、利用報告書の提出義務はありません。
    For public use, please submit a usage report as soon as possible after the end of the term. The form will be provided by the front desk. For proprietary use a usage report is not required.

成果公開について – Publication of Results

  • 利用区分に係わらず、本プラットフォームの利用により成果（特許出願、特許取得、 製品化、論文掲載、学会発表など）が得られた場合は、その概要を問合せ窓口へ報告して下さい。
    Please let us know if the research results in a patent application, patent acquisition, commercialization, publication of a paper, or presentation at an academic conference.
  • 論文成果等を創出された場合は、下記文部科学省からの通知に従ってGrant Numberの記載をお願いします。
    If you have produced a paper, please indicate the grant number in accordance with the guidance of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan.

    • 第５期科学技術基本計画（平成28年1月閣議決定）等の政府方針に基づき、客観的根拠（エビデンス）に基づく政策の企画立案（EBPM）、評価、政策への反映等に向けた取組が進められている中、政府の予算で実施される事業から生み出される成果の可視化・分析は重要な課題の一つとなっています。

    研究開発関連の事業から生み出される成果の一つである論文には、研究に寄与した研究資源が謝辞情報として記載されることが多く、この謝辞情報は、事業から生み出された成果の可視化・分析を行う際の有力な手段となり得ます。また、論文投稿時に事業情報や課題番号の入力を求められることも多くなっています。現状では、一部事業については、独自に課題番号を付与し、課題管理等に活用されています。一方、その他の事業については、論文等の成果への記載について注意喚起が十分でないこと、論文等の成果物における事業名の表記揺れが多いことなどから、成果の可視化・分析を行う上で、信頼性の低下や成果の過小評価が懸念されています。

    以上を踏まえ、各事業と論文を適切に紐づけて研究成果・研究動向等との関係を明らかにし、エビデンスベースの各事業/各機関の評価や政策立案等の参考の一つとして活用するため、研究費ごとに体系的番号を付与するとともに、論文の謝辞や論文投稿時において体系的番号を記載するよう周知徹底を図ることとなりました。

    つきましては、各機関（各研究組織を含む。）の体系的番号を以下のとおり設定いたしましたので、本事業にて共用を行っている研究施設・設備・機器を活用して、論文成果等が創出された際には、該当するコードを記載いただくようお願いいたします。
